This English version is a courtesy translation. The Portuguese version is the one that legally applies.
These terms apply to Clash Labs, the storefront and subscription hub of Clashnato, Clã Command and COC Control. You agree to them when you create your account. The billing rules also appear on each pass's page, before PayPal.
Clash Labs sells and manages access to three web tools for Clash of Clans: Clashnato, Clã Command and COC Control. It is independent and fan-made, with no connection to Supercell.
Use an e-mail address of your own and true details. The password is yours: do not share it. The same account holds all your passes.
An account used for fraud, abuse or attacks on the systems may be suspended.
Each pass unlocks one product; a bundle unlocks two or three in a single charge. Plans are monthly, quarterly or annual, and the price is shown before payment. Prices are in Brazilian reais (R$).
If a plan's price changes, current subscribers keep paying the price they subscribed at.
Payment is made on PayPal. Clash Labs does not see your card details. At the end of each period, PayPal charges the next one automatically, at the same price, until you cancel.
If a charge fails, PayPal tries again and the pass keeps working for 3 more days. If the retries run out, the pass pauses until you sort it out.
You can cancel anytime, in My account. The pass keeps working until the end of the period already paid, and nothing else is charged. After the 7-day period to change your mind, there is no pro-rata refund for the current period.
Within 7 days of a pass's first charge, you can change your mind and get the full amount back, as guaranteed by article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Ask through support on WhatsApp, with your account's e-mail address. The money goes back through PayPal and the pass ends.
A chargeback or a dispute of the charge, on PayPal or on the card, ends access immediately.
In My account, the Open button takes you to the product with your account already connected. Each product decides what the pass unlocks:
On Clashnato, browsing tournaments and signing up your clan is free; the pass lets you create and run tournaments.
On Clã Command, the pass belongs to the organization and covers the leaders and co-leaders you invite.
On COC Control, the pass unlocks your villages; other subscribers cannot see yours.
The products use the official Clash of Clans API and the export the game itself creates. None of them asks for your Supercell account password or touches the game.
If Supercell changes the API or the export, some features may change or stop until they are adjusted.
Do not use the products to send spam, access other people's data, resell access or attack the systems.
We work to keep the products online, but there may be pauses for maintenance and failures beyond our reach, such as outages of the game's API.

When the terms change, the new version appears here with its date. A price change never affects current subscribers.
These terms follow Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code.
