Clash Labs is the storefront and subscription hub of Clashnato, Clã Command and COC Control. Here is what we keep about you, why and for how long.
Name, e-mail address, the date the account was created and the date you accepted the terms. Your password is not stored: only a cryptographic digest of it (scrypt), which cannot be turned back into the password.
The language you chose and your browser's time zone, so e-mails reach you in your language and at the right time. Both also sit in two preference cookies (labs_lang and labs_tz), valid for one year, which track nothing.
For each session, the IP address and the browser. A session ends when you close the browser, after 30 minutes without use or 12 hours after signing in, whichever comes first.
Sign-ins, purchases and important changes are logged with the IP address, to stop abuse. The IP address in those logs is deleted after 180 days.
Payment happens on PayPal. We neither see nor keep card details. We keep the plan, the amounts, the dates and the state of each charge (paid, refunded, disputed).
When you sign in to Clashnato, Clã Command or COC Control, the platform receives your identifier, name and e-mail address, and keeps its own usage data (tournaments, clans, villages). Each platform only knows about its own subscription, never about the others.
In My account, under Your data, you download everything we keep about you and can delete the account. The platforms you used delete their data too. Charges stay on record, without your name, because the law requires financial records to be kept.

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords with scrypt, a session cookie the page's JavaScript cannot read, a limit on password attempts and database backups.
